At our skin clinic and medical aesthetics practice, patient confidentiality and discretion are priorities. We are committed to protecting your personal and medical information in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. If you have specific privacy needs or concerns, please let our team know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
BOOKING and CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, due to the time and resources reserved for each appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a cancellation fee, as outlined below:
- Certain services may incur a cancellation fee of $50–$100
- Select services require a full-service charge, or an equivalent deduction from gift cards or prepaid services
Cancellation fees are determined by the type and length of service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for intake forms and preparation. Late arrivals may be accommodated within the remaining scheduled time, but appointments will end as originally scheduled to respect subsequent patients.
CLINIC AMBIENCE
To support a calm, respectful environment for all patients, we kindly ask that cell phones and electronic devices be silenced during your visit. We also ask that patient privacy and a quiet atmosphere be respected at all times.
Children are welcome only when they are the patient scheduled for treatment. Otherwise, we ask that alternative childcare arrangements be made for the duration of your appointment.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Our team is happy to assist with the planning and preparation of small group special events. Clinic or spa space may be reserved for private functions by arrangement.
TREATMENT TIMES
Treatment times listed for services reflect the maximum time required for each individual service. When multiple services are booked consecutively, the total appointment time may be shorter than the combined individual service times.
