Exosome therapy represents a new generation of regenerative skin and scalp treatments. At Renew Medispa, we offer physician-guided exosome treatments using Exo-Grow and Exo-Glo, delivered in-clinic with the Dermapen® DP4 microneedling system These treatments are designed to support skin and scalp health at a cellular level and can be complemented with targeted at-home care for long-term results.

What Are Exosomes?

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that play a key role in cell-to-cell communication. They contain bioactive signals such as growth factors, peptides, proteins, and anti-inflammatory mediators that help regulate healing, tissue repair, and cellular function.

In aesthetic medicine, exosomes are used to support the skin and scalp environment, helping improve overall tissue health, recovery, and function rather than masking concerns or adding volume.

  • Non-cellular, bioactive technology
  • No blood draw required
  • Performed with minimal downtime when paired with microneedling

In-Clinic Treatment with Dermapen® DP4

Exo-Grow: Scalp and Hair Health

Healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp and well-functioning follicles. Exo-Grow exosomes are applied during Dermapen® DP4 microneedling to support scalp health, follicle signaling, and long-term hair vitality.

Exosomes work by improving cellular communication within the scalp environment, helping reduce inflammation, support follicle repair, and optimize conditions for stronger, healthier-looking hair growth.

This treatment may be appropriate for individuals experiencing early to moderate hair thinning, shedding, or changes in hair quality.

Exo-Glo: Facial Exosome Microneedling

Exo-Glo exosomes can be paired with Dermapen® DP4 microneedling to support skin renewal, collagen stimulation, and barrier repair. By enhancing cellular communication within the skin, exosomes help improve overall skin quality, texture, and radiance.

Exosome-enhanced facial microneedling may help:

  • Improve skin texture and tone
  • Support collagen and elasticity
  • Reduce visible inflammation and redness
  • Enhance recovery following microneedling

This non-surgical treatment involves minimal downtime and can be customized as part of a comprehensive skin health plan.
